It was on a beautiful winter day, in February 2015, that Claudie Brassard, founder of Nos Cabanes, decided to go into business by combining the launch of a product she loved with beautiful packaging.

While exploring his appreciation of Quebec terroir, her heart stopped on maple syrup 🍁🥞.

This is how the story began, during local markets, meeting producers and forging a bond with the human behind the syrup. She was drawn to the stories of their families, which often span from one generation to the next. Her choice to create a business to highlight the qualities and beauty of a traditional Quebec product was then obvious.
