Our maple butter is made by hand in collaboration with our Bury (Eastern Townships) producer and using the best maple syrup. It’s all about patience since it takes 36 hours to produce maple butter. Nice balance between salty and sweet.
Method of preservation: Keep frozen for optimal freshness, and refrigerate once opened (or refrigerate at any time for convenience). If syrup separates and forms on the surface, simply stir it gently to reincorporate.
