Our organic maple butter is carefully made by hand in close collaboration with our local producer from Mirabel (Laurentians), using only the best maple syrup available. The process requires great patience and dedication, as it takes a full 36 hours to create this exceptionally smooth and delicious maple butter.
Method of preservation: Keep frozen for optimal freshness, and refrigerate once opened (or refrigerate at any time for convenience). If syrup separates and forms on the surface, simply stir it gently to reincorporate.
