Nestled in the serene highlands of the Lower St. Lawrence, this maple bush first sprang from the rocky, rugged soil of the Appalachian Mountains over a century ago. Its current owners continue to marvel at the way this seemingly arid and challenging land is able to produce such a richly flavorful amber syrup with the beloved hint of maple taffy.
