The small village of Ham-Nord, located between the Centre-du-Québec, Chaudière-Appalaches and Eastern Townships, is one of the most popular maple-producing areas in Quebec. Many farmers have been making maple syrup for decades.

Nestled on a mountain and surrounded by a river, is the little “Shack Sucré” run by Marie-Ève and Mathieu, maple syrup farmers with a passion for maple. Here, they are pleased to offer you a rare dark syrup: a coloring that promises more flavor. This maple syrup will coat your taste buds with its malty taste, reminiscent of rye.
